Why the wall is cracking
A stair-step crack running up from the corner. A door that needs a shoulder to shut. A floor that slopes towards the back of the house. Three symptoms, one cause.
Nobody's wall cracks on its own. The ground under the footings moved first — reactive clay drying out under a Melbourne summer, a leaking pipe washing soil away, tree roots hunting moisture. The footings followed the ground down, and the brickwork cracked where it was pulled apart.
How the foundation comes back up
Fill the crack and paint over it, and the ground is still moving. Six months later, same crack, same spot, sometimes wider. Concrete underpinning fixes the ground, but it's weeks of digging under your home.
GeoPoly™ goes the other way. Resin is injected through coin-sized holes beside the footings, straight into the soil beneath. It expands, fills every void, firms up the soft ground, and with nowhere left to go, it lifts the footings back to level. Lasers track every millimetre in real time.
What the day looks like
You'll see it as it happens — the stair-step crack tightening as the footings come up, the door swinging shut on its own again, the floor sitting level under your feet. Then the technicians bond HelicalBar™ bars into the mortar joints across the crack and repoint the brickwork, colour-matched. The wall is reconnected as one piece, stronger than it was before the crack appeared. Most homes are done in 1–2 days, and you'd never know we were there. If the foundation issue returns, so do we.

Step 2Get Quote and Book
A complete quote package with drawings, method statement, and a fixed-price quote. The price you see is the price you pay. Book through the online portal when you're ready.
Step 3GeoPoly™ Injection — Lift the Foundation
Coin-sized holes are drilled beside the footings. GeoPoly™ resin is injected into the ground beneath, filling the voids and firming up the soft soil. Then it lifts — the footings come back to level with lasers tracking every millimetre. You'll notice the cracks tightening as it happens.
Step 4Reconnect the Wall
With the foundation back where it belongs, the technicians turn to the wall. HelicalBar™ bars are bonded into the mortar joints across the crack, the brickwork is reconnected as one piece, and the joints are repointed and colour-matched. You'd never know we were there.
Step 5Receive Your Warranty
The Completion Package arrives a few days after sign-off — a full report with images, invoice, and your 20-year product and workmanship warranty documentation.
